1. Product description

HPM Grout 600 is a non-shrinkage, high-strength, cement-based pouring mortar. The product is manufactured from Portland cement, selected mineral aggregates and specialized chemical additives at the HPM factory in Phu Tho, according to TCVN 9204:2012.

When mixed with water in the right proportion, the mortar flows on its own, fills the gap and stabilizes the volume after hardening, helping to transfer the force from the equipment and steel structure to the concrete foundation.

Key features

  • No shrinkage: expansion after 24 hours 0.1%, the mortar is in close contact with the concrete surface and the substrate.
  • High flowability: self-flowing 220 to 280 mm, fills gaps, hollow cavities with no or very little vibration needed for compaction.
  • High compressive strength: from 60 MPa at the age of 28 days, suitable for large load-bearing items.
  • No water separation: 0% water separation, homogeneous mixture when pouring.
“Mix HPM Grout 600 with clean water only in the correct proportions. Do not add cement, sand or other materials during mixing.”

2. On-site applications

  • Items: pouring machine foundations, machine platforms, column legs, anchor bolts, gaps between concrete structures and locations that require high force transmission.
  • Works: civil and industrial works, factories, factories, technical infrastructure and structures bearing large loads.

It is necessary to calculate the volume of pouring mortar for each item, you call the hotline 0968 262 161 for advice according to the drawings.

3. Specifications and test standards

Data according to product technical documentation, measured under laboratory conditions. Actual results may differ depending on the conditions and method of construction at the site.

4. How to use and application steps

Construction Information

  • Mixing ratio: mortar and water in the ratio of 1: 0.13 to 0.15 by weight, equivalent to about 3.25 to 3.75 liters of clean water for 1 bag of 25 kg, depending on the required flow.
  • Mixing equipment: low-speed mixer (no more than 500 rpm), mixing for at least 3 minutes until homogeneous.
  • Construction time: pouring immediately after mixing, keeping the flow continuous, uninterrupted.
  • Construction surface temperature: from 12°C to 40°C.

Step 1: Prepare the surface and formwork

The surface must be clean, solid, free from grease and impurities. The water absorbing surface must be saturated but not allowed to stagnate water. The formwork is mounted firmly, tightly, and does not leak

.

Step 2: Mix the mortar

Fill the container with the dosed clean water, slowly pour in HPM Grout 600 until the desired consistency is reached. Mix with a low-speed machine for a minimum of 3 minutes until no lumps remain.

Step 3: Pouring the mortar

Stir gently to release air bubbles, then pour or pump grout right into the location to be filled, keeping the flow continuous. Use a trowel or rubbing table to finish the surface as needed.

Step 4: Maintenance

Keep the surface of the open mortar moist in the early days, especially when it is hot and dry, to limit cracking due to rapid water loss.

Storage and safety

Keep in a dry place, put on a pallet, keep the bag tightly. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Mortar contains cement, which is alkaline, it is recommended to wear rubber gloves, goggles and a mask when applying. If the mortar gets into your eyes, wash immediately with plenty of clean water and go to the nearest medical facility.
